Some are State laws like the Pregnancy Disability Leave Law in the California Family Rights Act. Each of those laws entitles the woman to take protective from work. When do I have to return to work after my pregnancy?

When you need to return to work after your pregnancy depends on many factors. Different leave laws have different requirements. For example, the most common leave law, the Family and Medical Leave Act, requires that you have worked for your employer for at least a year, that you've worked at least 1250 hours in that year, and that your employer has at least 50 employees working within a 75-mile radius of your job site.
