Is there a statute of limitations on dog bite claims?

The statute of limitations on dog bite claim is three years from the date that the dog bites you, like any other negligent statute in Massachusetts,you have three years from the date that that dog bites you or causes you injury to make a claim. As a child however, you have three years to the date you turn eighteen to make a claim.
