An arbitration clause is a clause in an employment agreement, or often these days in an employee handbook that binds an employee to arbitrate their disputes, and prohibits them forever from filing a lawsuit in court. Is there a statute of limitations on cancer misdiagnosis lawsuits?

The statute of limitations in New York for all medical malpractice lawsuits -- with some exception that we won't go into -- is 2-1/2 years. But in cancer cases it's tricky because if somebody had a mammogram, for example, two years ago and didn't know that there was a lesion on there -- that there was cancer on there that wasn't picked up -- and then they find out about it just close to that statute of limitations, they have to put that in suit right away. What is anesthesia negligence?

How long you will have to register depends on the circumstances, and particularly, what offense you were convicted of. Also, your prior record. What are some common auto defects?

The most common types of auto defects that you see on the highways are rollover cases. Has the economic climate forced the banks to give more loan modifications?

The economic climate is forcing more banks to do loan modifications because they have more and more foreclosures on their books, and it’s not a good thing. It’s really what’s driven the market to be where it is right now, that’s required this bailout by our government, iIs because you have so many non performing loans. And the truth of the matter is that many of these borrowers were able to make their payments in the past, but were unable to keep up with their payments when the interest rates adjusted through the roof. So if we just bring those interest rates back down, it’s going to solve a lot of the problems. If we extend the term of the loan from thirty to fourty years, and maybe drop the principal down a little bit, many – if not all – of these borrowers will be able to make the monthly payments on their loans.
