What is considered a trip and fall injury in New York?

In a trip and fall accident in New York, in order to be compensated, it's not enough that you sustained injuries, you also have to show that the owner of the premises has some sort of fault for the injuries. What are DUI enhancement charges in California?

There are certain allegations that the law calls an "enhancement". And what that means is that a judge or a prosecutor can ask for more in regards to punishment. For instance, if you're a mother or father or you're babysitting someone who's under the age of 14, they're in a protected category and your punishment can be significantly more severe. If you refused to take a test, then the punishment can be significantly more severe. Should I take pictures of the auto accident at the scene?
