In Orange County California, if you are convicted of driving under the influence or having a .08 or more alcohol level, you will have fines that are going to be close to 1600 dollars. You will end up with up to a six months restricted driver's license. You will be required to go to an alcohol education program. The length of that program depends upon how high your alcohol level or if you refuse to take a test.
