Do I have to appear in court for a California DUI Case?

In most circumstances if you've been arrested for a DUI in Orange County you will not need to appear in court. If there is an automobile accident or a felony case where someone is injured, you will have to make each and every court appearance with your attorney. If there's no accident or a felony you may not ever have to appear in court unless your case goes to trial and then you should be present every day for trial. Will I have to go to court for my predatory lending case?

You may not have to go to court to get your predatory lending case resolved. A few go see a good attorney. A good attorney will be able to negotiate with the lender and hopefully get your loan modified or get your loan restructured, sooner rather than later.
