What is the penalty for a second DUI offense in California?

In the state of California, if you're convicted of a second driving under the influence allegation, there's mandatory jail. That jail can go from a few days up to one year in custody. There's a loss of the license privilege for up to a two year time period. There are fines. There are probation. Probation length can be three to five years.
